Remember that once you pick Stelle or Caelus, you cannot change it later in the game. Much of this is all up to your personal choice and which character you feel more drawn to. Both of these characters will have the exact same stats and profile, with the only major difference being their gender and design. With Honkai Star Rail, it really doesn't make much of a difference if you choose Stelle or Caelus. In Genshin Impact, however, Lumine and Aether are twins so choosing one over the other does have a bit of an effect on the storyline. Choosing between these two is very similar to The Traveler in Genshin Impact, where you must pick between Lumine and Aether.
